Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before booking your cat in with us.

Booking & Payment

All fees are payable on arrival at Stallhouse Cattery. We accept payments by most credit/debit cards or cash.
A deposit of £50 per cat is required before your booking can be accepted. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances and is offset against administration. Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
Refunds cannot be given for early returns. Alterations to dates giving two weeks or more notice will incur a £5 per day administration charge. Any subsequent or alterations made to bookings within 2 weeks of the arrival date will incur an administration charge of £10 per day. Alterations & charges are subject to availability.

Vaccinations

To be accepted into Stallhouse Cattery, all cats must be fully vaccinated against  Flu, Enteritis & Feline Leukaemia with in the last 12 months and not less than 14 days prior to boarding.

Fleas & Worms

Should a cat be found to be hosting fleas or worms, the person responsible for collecting the cat will be at the time of collection, liable for all costs of treating the cat and the surrounding environment considered necessary by the owner of Stallhouse Cattery.

Arrival & Collections

Please ensure you arrive at the allocated arrival & collection times.
Having dealt with any necessary paperwork and settled the boarding fees, cats will be taken from the client by the cattery staff. No owners will be permitted to take their cat/s into the cattery. This is for insurance and health & safety purposes. This also helps reduce stress on the already boarded cats. Whilst in our care cats will not be allowed any visitors as this can unsettle them.
All cats must arrive & depart in a secure basket or carrier. Owners are responsible for ensuring their cat arrives safely & securely, and Stallhouse Cattery will ensure cats are safely secured before departure.

Health & Veterinary Care

All cats must be fit, in good condition and of a pleasant nature when entering Stallhouse Cattery.
In the event of cat falling ill during boarding your cat will be moved to the isoation unit, we will reserve the right to take it to the vets. 
Any veterinary fees incurred will remain the responsibility of the owner.

Shared Accommodation 

Should it become necessary for cats sharing accommodation to be separated during their stay, additional accommodation charges may apply.
Any additional charges must be settled upon collection.

Personal Belongings

Your cats own beds, blankets & toys are welcome & may help them settle more comfortably during their stay. Whilist every care is taken, Stallhouse Cattery accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

As accommodation is cleaned daily, toys & smaller items can occasionally become misplaced. We therefore recommend that valuable or sentimental items are not brought to the cattery.

Liability

Whilst every care & attention is given to all cats boarded with us, Stallhouse Cattery accepts no responsiblity for injury resulting from your cats behaviour during their stay. Owners are liable for any damage caused to staff, property, equipement or accommodation by their cat(s).
