Louise was extremely helpful and considerate. She organised a time for our cat, Layla, to be picked up and even helped her into her carrier. The communication was excellent and hassle-free. The cattery stalls are a good size and have quiet, shaded areas as well as a full view of the common pathway and garden (our cat loved looking at the birds). Louise sent us photos and videos of Layla receiving cuddles and company and she seemed so relaxed. It really gave us peace of mind that she was ok. Louise took great care to ensure that our cat's vaccination status was in order before booking her in, and asked about her dietary needs in full. Layla was returned home to us looking well fed and relaxed - and I'm sure she'll look forward to another visit.
